  2. The Approved Budget for this contract is P 155,000.00

  3. Price quotations must be submitted to the HGC Administrative Department at the Ground Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati and/ or fax number 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m. of August 05, 2010.

  4. For further inquiries, please call the Administrative Department with telephone No. 897-3266 and 897-3232.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
